How it works

  • Register as an employer

    Create your organisation profile on our platform, and list your intern and grad role(s). Candidates can apply and you can search more than 2,000 profiles.

  • Meet & Greet

    Bring your team, your pull-up banner and get ready to meet and greet candidates in Wellington, Auckland and online. 1:1 chats. The best way to connect and kick-start your selection.

  • Interview & hire

    We can organise online speed interviews to fast-track your selections, or you can run your own process. Lock in your interns by early October, and they’ll be ready to start mid-November. Grads and part timers are available any time.
